Happy Monday! Today's workout is all about full body toning and working multiple muscle groups at once to get your heart rate up and challenge your core! You can find today's playlist in Spotify here! The only equipment you need is a set of weights. If you don't have a set of weights at home you can use get creative and use cans or wine bottles. Just be careful if you use glass :)

Crunches with weights: Scissor kicks
Crunches with weights: Leg extension
Stretch & put weights down
Start in a crunch with hands behind head bring right knee in tabletop left leg extended - crunch left elbow to right knee holding the legs still: hold crunch through center and extend right leg to left leg.
Switch to the other side
Start in a crunch with hands behind head bring left knee in tabletop right leg extended - crunch right elbow to left knee holding the legs still: hold crunch through center and extend left leg to right leg.
Stretch
Plank: small leg circle
Side plank: top leg lift and lower
Stretch
Plank: small leg circle
Side plank: top leg lift and lower stretch

Bridge: Chest press
Bridge: Fly
Bridge: Overhead triceps press

Lateral lunge with bicep curl: add knee lift
Hold knee lift: newspaper
Curtesy lunge with lateral raise: add leg left
Weighted leg lift
Squat to shoulder press
